1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Estimates (Transit Time)

To ensure the safety and quality of your delivery—especially for our larger appliances and furniture items—we provide a consistent shipping timeline for all orders:

• Estimated Delivery Time: All orders typically arrive within 10 to 15 working days after the processing period.
• Shipping Cost: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active and searchable within 24-48 hours.

4. Heavy Item & Freight Delivery

Since many of our products (such as Modular Cabinets and Commercial Stations) are heavy-duty, they are shipped via specialized freight carriers. For these items, the carrier will contact you directly via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.

5. Damages

Vexol.shop is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact our support team instantly at support@vexol.shop. Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods to facilitate the claim process.

6. Geographical Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (Lower 48 States). We are unable to deliver heavy furniture or appliances to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
